Hi! My name is Grace. I love grub (both a noun and a verb). I love to grub with my friends, by myself, with strangers, and in any place that will allow. I also am deeply fascinated by grub itself. Why do cultures eat the foods they do? Why does sourdough starter make your bread rise more than yeast? And what the hell makes pasta taste so damn good?
